New keeper slip (Green slip)

A certificate of entitlement (V750) 

A retention Document (V778)

SORN (V11)

Temp certificate (V379) 

(V948 OR eV948/2) With a DVLA stamp

DOCUMENTS THAT PROOVE IDENTITY

One of the following

Driving Licence 

Home bill, phone bill council tax bill) 

An armed forces identity card
